WHEELS for DASH is a mobile version of the "Womens and Mens Hypertension and Emerging Lifestyles Intervention" (WHEELS) for the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension eating plan (DASH).
This 28 day program differs from other online apps because it includes a plan for up to 21 daily tailored messages and a tracker for DASH adherence.
WHEELS for DASH teaches and reinforces knowledge, attitudes and skills to maintain and build healthy eating patterns.
Users must be enrolled as part of a University of Michigan study to gain access.
